STRUCTURE : R.C.C. framed structure.

WALLS: Brick/Laterite or concrete block masonry in cement mortar. Internal Walls shall be half brick.

DOORS AND WINDOWS: All door frames shall be in salwood / mathiwood or equivalent. All doors shall be of solid core 30 mm thick commercial flush shutter, except the main door which shall have teak veneer. All doors shall have mild steel hinges, aluminium tower bolts and door stoppers. All doors shall be painted in 1 coat primer and 2 coats of oil paint, except the main door which shall be French polished. All windows shall be aluminum sliding windows.

PLASTER AND PAINT: All external surface of the building will be plastered with cement mortar and finished with cement paint. Internal Walls/Ceilings will be plastered with cement mortar and finished smooth with neeru. All wall surfaces will be finished in oil bound distemper (OBD) of required shade. All ceilings to be finished in whitewash.

ROOFING : R.C.C. Slab

FLOORING AND SKIRTING : All flooring and skirting for flats shall be Ceramic tiles

W.C. & BATH : W.C. block shall consist of European commode. Bathroom shall have a shower rose. Sanitary ware to be white in colour. All W.C.s and Baths to be provided with white ceramic tiles. Dado to height of 0.9 m in W.C and 1.50 m height in Bathroom. W.C./Bath floors to have Ceramic tiles laid in cement mortar.

WASH BASIN : One number white washbasin with 0.45 m height white ceramic tiles Dado.

KITCHEN : Kitchen to be provided with granite platform top, Stainless steel sink without drain board will be provided. Kitchen platform Dado to be provided with 0.45 m height ceramic tiles.

ELECTRICAL : All wiring shall be concealed in walls and slabs. Points to be provided are as follows :-
