COMMERCIAL, RESIDENTIAL AND MISCELLANEOUS PROJECTS:
Our portfolio of work displays a diversity of styles and scales. Our projects have included single family homes, additions, residential buildings, multi apartment complexes, commercial centers, etc. Architect Abel Dourado has got a rich experience in the design of residential projects and is backed by Dushyant who is also an Architect. We use the clients thoughts and ideas to create an appropriate abode for our client.

A brief write up of some of our Commercial, Residential and miscellaneous projects is
1. Dr. Malbarao Commercial Complex: We were the structural designers for this building built in clay soil with a water table at just 1m below the ground level. The building has a basement. The foundation here is a raft foundation and we were also responsible for the detailing of the basement to ensure that the same is water tight. We were also involved in preparation of BOQ, tender specification, identification of materials and their sources, construction supervision and bill certification.

2. Rangavi Commercial Complex: Appointed as Structural Engineers, our scope of works included structural design, technical assistance in finalising the contractor, supervision of work, bill checking and certification, advise on materials to be used. This is a ground+five RCC portal framed structure having a basement in a low water table area.

3. Kamat Palace: Here we not only handled the architectural and structural design but were involved in the construction and sale of flats in the residential building. Besides the other services, we were also involved in the Land survey including contours, Site co-ordination and quality control, design of the water supply and drainage system.The total height till eaves is 25m and there is a 11m high retaining wall built to form a basement of 220 square meters. We were also involved in legal documentation for loan purposes, assisting and advising clients on loans from various financial institutions.

4. Ocean Residency: Ocean residency consists of two luxurious bungalows for the use of the Chairman and Director of Nestor Pharmaceuticals. We were associated with the project right from land location to the final occupation by the Chairman and Director. Our services included architecture planning, RCC design, interior design, design of the lighting, water supply, drainage and execution of works.

5. Anand Square: Anand square is a Ground +8 RCC structure residential complex coming up at Vasco da Gama. Anand Square is located close to the seashore and the occupants will have a panoramic view of the Arabian sea. In addition to the Architectural and Structural services, we are involved in the Land survey including contours, Site coordination and quality control, design of the water supply and drainage system. We were also involved in legal documentation for loan purposes, assisting and advising clients on loans from various financial institutions.
